Happy Bloom Day. It is so hard for me not to let Dr. Huey stay, since it is so tough and requires no care. I have that same hemlock-looking plant; no idea what it is, but I don't taste it, just in case.
I don't know where you work, but that field looks gorgeous! What a wonderful way to be surrounded during the work day.
I've always been a fan of roses though their tastiness to the deer that roam here means I have few protected spots for them. I'll get my rose fix just by looking at yours. Thanks!

ReplyDeleteYes don't eat it. The rose on Dr. Huey is just such a nice deep red.
DeleteLovely Roses, especially Dr. Huey. I also loved those flowers in the field. Beautiful blooms for GBBD.
ReplyDeleteThank you makes me glad we moved to Texas
DeleteSo many gorgeous blooms! I especially love the roses. I'm interested to see what the mystery bud turns into. Garden surprises are the best.
ReplyDeleteIt feels like I have been waiting weeks for it to open!
DeleteRoses already. Aren't you fortunate? I love the flowers in the field too. Happy GBBD.
